Content License Agreement
This agreement outlines the terms under which content is submitted and used on SocialMediaTVNetwork.
Grant of Permission
By submitting content, you grant SocialMediaTVNetwork a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, and perform your content in connection with our platform, shows, and related services.
Editing & Distribution
SocialMediaTVNetwork may edit, compile, and incorporate your content into TV-style shows and other productions. We may distribute these productions across any platform or medium, including but not limited to web, streaming, and broadcast.
Ownership Confirmation
You confirm that you are the rightful owner of all submitted content or that the content is in the public domain. You warrant that your content does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.
Attribution & Credit
SocialMediaTVNetwork will make reasonable efforts to credit contributors when their content is featured. Credit format and placement are at our discretion. We may use your submitted name or a chosen display name for attribution.
Termination & Removal
You may request removal of your content by contacting us. Upon receipt of a valid removal request, we will make reasonable efforts to remove your content from future productions. Content already distributed or aired prior to the removal request may remain in circulation.
